Startup VS Traditional work culture
I have observed that many established companies are moving their work sophistication towards startup culture. When I am referring startup culture, it means they want to see their team and resources as fresh as they day they have joined, they would like to see the warmth of learning curiosity of employees etc..
Many organizations want to shift to coworking spaces, where in they see their employee’s performance is more upgraded. This culture benefits companies to be more productive, while employee engagement is another plus.
My current operations are mostly from coworking spaces, despite being a decade old company, We see a lot of interaction with Multinational consulting firms who prefer to pay per seat model over the traditional office configuration.
I, as a founder personally believe that, its extremely important to keep the inspiration high, even if you are quite mature in your vertical. You should treat your organization, as it was in the month / year of its introduction. It keeps you prompting that how important is the flow of business, how Important was your first client or may be a sale.
Make sure that team understand the same, they feel the same. Do not hire people just to run the business, make they realize, how important is to run the business.
As per my understanding The growth curve for most of the wealthy companies, remains high during its early days, and it should be to ensure that your biz survive in the market.
